Electrolyte tablets are effervescent tablets designed to optimize hydration before, during, and after exercise.
They provide essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and magnesium) to compensate for losses through perspiration and maintain performance.
Sugar-free and very low in calories, they are perfect for your sports activities, training sessions, or in hot weather.

USE
For use during exercise: Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml to 750 ml of water.
For use before and after exercise: Dissolve one tablet in 1 liter of water.

Wait until the tablet has completely dissolved, then shake vigorously.
